We are excited to offer Virtual Attendance to the Journeys Conference!
We are offering professional live-streaming from the event and post-conference web portal from which you can view recorded sessions that are not in the live-streaming tracks, including all technology test kitchens. We will stream three tracks: one from the DITA North America Conference, one from the Journeys Conference, and a new shared “expert panel” track available to attendees in either conference. You can be a full participant in these sessions, with the opportunity to ask the presenters questions in real-time. All recorded sessions will be available to you with your registration for a full year after the conference.

If you are unable to attend, substitutions are welcome at any time and are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Please contact our office with the substitution information. If cancellation is necessary we will refund your registration, less a $100 administrative fee, when canceling more than two weeks in advance. We will refund 50% of the conference registration fee for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance. If you do not attend and do not cancel or substitute, we are unable to offer a refund.
